RiskOptimix is a web-based portfolio analysis platform that provides:

• Essential Analysis: Basic portfolio statistics, risk metrics (VaR, Sharpe ratio, Beta), performance charts, diversification analysis, and PDF reports
• Advanced Forecasting: CCC/DCC ensemble modeling, dynamic correlation predictions, individual stock volatility forecasts, and advanced risk modeling

The Service uses mathematical models and historical market data to generate portfolio analytics and reports.

5.1 Portfolio Data

• You retain ownership of your portfolio data
• We may store and process your data to provide the Service
• We implement reasonable security measures but cannot guarantee absolute security
• You are responsible for the accuracy of data you provide

5.2 Data Sources

• We use third-party financial data providers (including but not limited to Yahoo Finance)
• We are not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of third-party data
• Data delays or inaccuracies may affect analysis results

• Account Security: Maintain confidentiality of your login credentials
• Lawful Use: Use the Service only for lawful purposes
• No Automated Access: Do not use bots, scrapers, or automated tools without permission

7. Subscription and Billing

7.1 Plans and Pricing

• Essential Analysis: Free tier with basic features including unlimited portfolio analysis, risk metrics, and basic reports
• Advanced Forecasting: $24/month subscription with 7-day free trial including all Essential features plus advanced risk forecasting, CCC/DCC modeling, volatility predictions, and premium reports
• All pricing is in USD and subject to change with 30 days advance notice
• Taxes may apply based on your location

7.2 Free Trial Terms

• New users receive a 7-day free trial of Advanced Forecasting
• Trial begins immediately upon subscription activation
• Full access to all Premium features during trial period
• Cancel anytime during trial with no charges
• After trial, subscription automatically converts to paid monthly billing unless cancelled
• Only one free trial per user account

7.3 Billing and Auto-Renewal

• Paid subscriptions auto-renew monthly on the same date each month
• Payment is charged automatically to your selected payment method
• We will attempt to charge failed payments up to 3 times
• Subscription may be suspended for non-payment
• You are responsible for keeping payment information current

7.4 Cancellation and Refunds

• Cancel your subscription anytime through your account settings or customer portal
• Cancellation is effective at the end of your current billing period
• You retain access to Premium features until the end of your paid period
• No refunds for partial months or unused portions of subscription
• After cancellation, your account reverts to the free Essential plan
• All previously generated analyses remain accessible regardless of subscription status

7.5 Subscription Changes

• We reserve the right to modify subscription features or pricing with 30 days notice
• Price changes do not affect your current billing cycle
• Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms
• We may discontinue plans with reasonable notice and transition options

8. Intellectual Property

• RiskOptimix owns all intellectual property in the Service, including algorithms, models, and software
• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content
• Reports generated for you may be used for your personal or business purposes
• You may not resell or redistribute our analyses to third parties

9. Service Availability

• We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
• We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications at any time
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate the Service with notice
• We are not liable for any losses due to service interruptions

You may not use RiskOptimix to:

• Provide financial advice to third parties using our analyses
• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Transmit malicious code or attempt unauthorized access
• Use the Service for high-frequency trading or automated trading systems
• Resell or redistribute our content without permission

We may terminate or suspend your account at our discretion if you:

• Violate these Terms of Service
• Engage in fraudulent or harmful activities
• Fail to pay subscription fees
• Use the Service in ways that could damage our reputation or operations
